Our Role

To reinforce crisis communications resilience across a global business with a complex stakeholder and logistics set up, to establish a consistent and effective crisis response. As their retained crisis communications agency we facilitated reputational risk assessments, developed a crisis communications toolkit, supported their search and set up of multi market social media monitoring and run annual training including crisis simulations.
